A couple muddy artillery shots

I redid my artillery when I relocated my trenches, I want to give them the gritty, muddy look

  7. Okay as no one else has asked I will. How did you make the mud effect?

  8. Rich, Beccas, Andy...thanks for the comments. Andy, this is how the mud is made...the color used is burnt umber, whereever you want the mud, I put it down on the heavy side, then while that is still wet, you add what is called Triple Thick Gloss Glaze, made by DecoArt, mix it in with the burnt umber,
if your doing it in the grass like I did take some grass put it on the edge of the mud, mix it in, now you have grass thats muddy and limp, make sure its on the edges. Let all that dry, then put another coat of Triple Thick, the second coat gives it the depth. Thats it.
