World War 1 hand painted gaming mat

Greetings everyone,
I recently discovered Wings of Glory, a forum dedicated to airplanes of both wars in 1:144 scale.
Instead of buying gaming mats, I painted my own. I dont have any planes yet, but they are on their way. This isnt quite done, but here are a few shots.

  1. I find that good playing mats make all the difference to the Wings of Glory games. I look forward to seeing your new mats used in action. I've been working on an ACW mat, but our Wings of Glory games are played on the commercial mats.
